Nicolas Bouvier is one of my favorites, he manages to create a nostalgic feeling even when adressing the future, great brush work too.
Just amazing. This is the kind of thing that makes me wonder if I'm not in the wrong field. :)
I grew up in the Golden Age of SciFi writers. These drawings bring back some of the awsome power of those stories, and the ships, men,women, planets, & aliens created visually in my mind by those great writers. How perfect that at 62 I'm using a computer to access sites like this one! Who knows who you will influence with this art. Do your research: submarines, planes, satelites, space ships, etc., were all written about or dreams on paper befor they were physically created.

Absolutely stunning, amazing, and breathtaking work! These pictures take me back to the days when, as a teenager, I enjoyed reading Sci-Fi novels by the dimlight of my sidetable lamp. These pictures are exactly what I would have imagined in my mind's eye of the landscape/spacescape of what the an author was attempting to describe!
